Try to manually search for a different network
Reboot the phone
If it's an iPhone, change your data APN setting to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
If all that fails, call O2 free and check if there is a roaming bar on the phone (least likely if calls and texts work but worth a shot.) Number to call from abroad here +44 7860 980 202

As there is no 5G roaming in Greece or anywhere for that matter...
