Unable to call a voxi phone number

hi my wife recently went over to Voxi (I know mad) but she cannot receive calls from o2 numbers, she can receive texts and what’s app calls but not direct dials on the network. Sha can receive calls rom other networks but not o2. Is there an issue with o2/Voxi?
