Unable to call Spain

Hi does anyone know why I can’t call a Spanish number? It just beeps and then cuts off. Thanks in advance!

Hi @JottyJo 

You probably have a spend cap on your account. You need to contact O2 to remove it.

Most likely because you have a spend cap or international bar.
