Hello, I called yesterday to explain that I am out of work currently until I start my new job, so I'm unable to pay my bills at the moment. I got given temporary data yesterday, and was told to contact you guys again today as my billing date is today. Many thanks

You need to call the Payment Management Team on  0800 902 0217 and they should be able to help. 

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
