I am unable to hear caller unless I have phone on speaker or am using headphones

I guess your earpiece speaker is broken unless you have something covering it?

contact the manufacturer for diagnostic checks.

But I don’t understand why I can hear perfectly well when I have earphones attached. Also, there is no problem with sound on any videos I make
