I have tried to get in touch and feeling very frustrated, you can even make a complaint without going through hell, I received a call from O2 saying that I was entitled to 40% off it came up on my phone as O2. the person was quite aggressive and I was very tired this happened yesterday. I received a test with a number which I was asked to read back, as I was tired I just did that, but he kept on at me, I have now read the text that says dont give this number to anyone and not to the staff. I read this number back to the person before I had read this. I then thought that this was  bit iffy and stopped the call, but I cant find out it it was fraud or it was something that O2 are doing, I cant get in touch with anyone not even send an email, there is no one you can talk to about it. Please advice me what I am to do?

Hi @Kshe - Social Media is your only option, really, as we're just customers like you on this Forum. It sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this. Urgently.

Good luck.

Change your password in My O2 and make sure there have been no changes made and look for any recent orders

Once the SMS number was read back to the caller, the damage was done - O2 would have to lock the MyO2 account. But worth a try, assuming the damage had not already been done by the perpetrators, @jonsie

@Kshe It definitely sounds like a fraudulent call. Check your bank account as well for any charges that you don't recognise or that seem out of the ordinary.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
