Transferring videos

Hi, can anyone help/advise how to transfer video /pictures and mail messages from an old Samsung D500 phone? I have paired the phone to my laptop however the phone will still not transfer anything over.

As there is only 96mb of memory on a D500 you should be able to email everything to yourself in 4 emails (assuming the phone is full).

When you login to the new phone with your email account it will pull in all your old emails too if you use imap settings.

Thanks for that, When I go into email it asks for me to set up account information first?
