If I transfer to Pay Monthly from Pay As You Go what happens to the current balance on my account? Does it transfer across to my new contract?

If you have a balance on your contract you can ask O2 to refund it to your bank account.
PAYG credit will be transferred to your contract.
If your Pay As You Go balance is under £350, it will be transferred to your Pay Monthly account when you receive your second bill. If you're entitled to a loyalty bonus, up to £550, we'll add credit to your fourth bill.
