I'm unable to send and receive text messages, everything else is fine, is there a fault in the network?

Agreed, it is selective, but it seems to be the fix that is working across the globe. 🙂

Carrier services updated this morning, even uninstalled and reinstalled, still no joy..

Hi. I got problem to sending text messages. Received its fine and calling as well working but can't send message. I take my sim card to different phone and is the same problem to sending messages only.
