I have received a text stating that my 02 bundle will be removed as they couldnt collect payment. I have looked on my 02 account and I cant see a payment not being received. Can someone point me in the right direction to speak to someone in accounts at 02 please?

Seems you need to check with the payment team here
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.
