Help, My phone wont call out

I have restarted, but nothing, it looks as if it is dialling but nothing is connecting - full bar of signal and i was using it this morning with no issues - What else can i check?

I need some help please. Im new to o2 and can’t enable my 4g VoLTE on my iphone its telling me to contact o2 but 202 not letting me speak to anyone with covid situation

Is the option to use 4G enabled?

Sounds like another case of no iData bolt on present on account.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Nothing that i can see in particular my carrier is o2 i sorted the date and time out turned the phone off and on but still nothing seems to be working. I can’t turn 4G on

Have you downloaded the MyNetwork App to check the local area for any mast faults/maintenance?

 

If it's possible to try the SIM in another phone to see if it picks up 4G, then I'd suggest trying that to rule out any issues with the device.

If that's all showing as fine, then I'd suspect the account doesn't have 4G provisioned - which does need to be fixed by customer service. You could try contacting them on Facebook or Twitter, however there will be a far longer delay in getting a reply than normal.

Any chance you could screenshot this and upload an image?

 

What phone do you have? Have you had any recent updates, or new apps? Have you tried the usual "turn it off, turn it on again"?
