Hi, I have a Galaxy A50, my data usage has gone up from 2.00 to 2.70 GB, I have never had this happen before. I keep getting a message that says software updates but when I click to download it, it says 'you are not connected to wifi'. I am always connected to wifi for wattsapp, viber etc. I don't understand why this has happened. Please help...Thank you.

Did you reboot your wifi as suggested?
