Tarrif query - Data seems to be offering half what I upgrade to...

Hi, 

 

Does anyone know why when I try to upgrade a tariff, I'm being told the data allowance is half that offered?

I've done the tariff upgrade via the offers page, selecting 20gb of data. When I take that option then check my new tariff, it only shows 10gb. 

Any clues?

It could be offer data Guide: Where is my discount or Extra Data? 

But If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks for the advice. I'll drop them a line to double check. It certainly is confusing and they really should make this clearer.
