Spend cap

I set up a spend cap over the phone but have been sent conflicting text messages. One says its set up, one says its not set up. My account has 2 phone numbers as one is for my Son which is the number I wanted the spend cap on. I think the person I spoke with got confused. How can I check if the spend cap is on and on which number? I don't  have the O2 app.

You should download the MyO2 app to keep track of your accounts.

However, we’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here.
