How do I get hold of anyone to remove a spend cap?

8002 is for business customer.

Consumer contract holders need to call 202.

Hi,

 

Call 8002 from an o2 mobile and this will get you straight through to customer services who can help with spend caps 

I work for O2 but my comments and opinions posted here are solely my own and do not reflect those of Telefonica.
