Solved: Sim switch

hi - tried to activate a sim switch for a phone last Friday, keeping number (used PAC code) but transferring from pay as you go to monthly contract. Still the number has not transferred - is that normal?

No not normal but you have done it wrong.

No PAC required just a call to O2 to migrate your number.
