Hi, my phone is showing a sim with an exclamation mark. I have no signal with it.

Sounds like a failed sim.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
Or pop into your local O2 store with ID for a new sim.
