I keyed a SIM Swap on Saturday as my new IPhone XR needed a NAno SIM and now neither of them work. You cannot chat online, I cannot get any sense out of GURU on My O2 and cannot get help on the phone unless it lost or stolen. Absolute joke. Been with O2 for years but I am fed up with this nonsense now!,

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

You need to contact O2. You can borrow a phone, use a landline or Skype.
