Hello, I'm having an issue trying to share my data between devices. Both devices are on a shared data plan and I am following the guide from the 'how to share' but going around in circles. I have tried to call CS but the line is cutting me off without allowing me to get through to discuss. I understand the current climate, like pretty much every other company, webchat should be available as this can be done from a home environment????
I understand one of my devices should be set as a lead device, again, going around in circles trying to do this in My O2. Surely you should be able to do alot more on My O2 if you havent the staff capacity to handle the volume of queries?!
I don't see why I should spend more money on a bolt on when I took out a share data plan for this exact reason!
Can someone please look into this and help me as I am extremely frustrated
