Booked my phone in for a repair, sent it off in the bag, was told 4 days to return it, its now been well over a week and heard nothing. I keep "tracking the repair" They are still waiting to receive it. I'm paying for a phone I don't seem to have anymore. Your in store contacts were un helpful, any information online is quite frankly ****!
