No it's not.

You'd need to claim on insurance or pay for it yourself, sorry.

https://support.apple.com/en-gb/iphone/repair/service/screen-replacement

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You're gonna need to pay either way and O2 won't be any cheaper than Apple.

I know who I'd trust my phone with.

Apple doing their usual "Genius" trick of fobbing customers off.

They can and do repair screens costs are below:
https://support.apple.com/en-gb/iphone/repair/service/screen-replacement

Or as @MI5 has mentioned contact o2 who will be expensive or have a look at ismash on google...
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Depends on the level of cover you take. You should use Google to find the best cover for yourself. O2 isn't always the best and is expensive.
