Can someone help please?
My 89 year old mother is receiving daily calls from an 0843 number and she is being charged £4.17 every time they call her even if she doesn't answer the call. The first one came in on 28th August and she received two more calls today 1st Sept.
Not only that but her Recents are not showing on her iphone so she cannot bar the number!
What can she do?
