my wife done an upgrade yesterday and last night went to go on gmail email account and cannot acces neither can she get on google or whatsapp is this due to the upgrade or another reason? thank you.

When tried this the phone does not show system apps so cannot access last update the phone is an S10 plus?

You should be able to scroll across to system apps but just try uninstalling the latest Google Chrome updates if not.

The Chrome app was the problem for me

I uninstalled the latest Chrome update and all the other apps updated again including Chrome

The phone and the other apps have been fine since
