SIM and Volume issues

Phone suddenly says ‘no SIM’ and so cannot make calls or text- no network. Started last night. 

Also, have issue of volume fading on a call. I end up sounding very quiet on the other end. Only thing that seems to fix it (occasionally) is blowing into the microphone. Only got phone in May.

@Hannah_Rowan  You probably need a new sim. Pop instore with ID or call O2 on any number in this guide

First issue fixed- removed SIM and reinserted. That was easy 🤣
