Received a message from O2 o say O2Rewards: Good news: You’ve earned £5.00 of O2 Rewards. Save it for a new phone or claim it as extra credit. Simply text SAVE or CLAIM to 50202 or call us free on 313 I tried calling 313 to no avail. Called 50502 to be told I would be charged for the call. What to do. Margaret

You need to send a text message to 50202 with either the word SAVE or CLAIM depending on what you want to do.

It is a free text to send.
