I have recently upgraded from a p30 to a s21+ and all I can say is I wish I didn't! NEVER had any issues with signal on the p30, never dropped calls always had mobile data. Since getting this s21+ I struggle to hear people on the other end of the phone, I don't get 4g in places I should. Even on the o2 My Network app it says I should in my area. Starting to loose my trust in o2 as they keep saying the same things.....

I'd start by talking to Samsung to run some checks on the phone to make sure it is working OK.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
