If I reset an iPhone 8 as I want to sell it will all my info also be removed from my other I phone devices?

When you factory reset an iPhone it only affects that device . I recently got my new iPhone and my iPad wa not affected . I restored new phone from backup and all was there i have messages going back to my first iPhone (iphone3)

as long as you know the details to your iCloud and it has been backed up and is now on the new phone you should be ok to reset it and everything will stay on your new phone but be erased from your old.
