@Kjks92 If O2 have agreed to replace your phone they will send you a jiffy bag with the mailing information already on it. Either that, or DPD will have a bag for you to put it in when they collect. Make sure you get a receipt and a tracking number before it leaves your possession. Also take photos of the phone you're returning so you have proof of its condition when you send it.
