Hi

i have no signal and your status checker says that the mast near RM5 2RR is broken.

when will it be fixed and when it is will I get coverage here?

O2 will never say as there are too many variables relating to the repair.

Rest assured that they will fix it as soon as possible though.

Hi @Hpops

We are a customer Community and have no information regarding the repairs of masts. The engineers will be working to complete this as soon as possible but it will also be dependent upon supplies of parts too.
