I thought I’d left O2 30/08/21.
I have now received another bill. If I don't pay i will have a late payment fee. My number was moved to my new provider shortly after this date. 'My O2' doesn't recognise me and I can't call 202 because I'm not with O2 anymore. I cannot find a number to call anyone on the O2 app. Really cross i have been charged again (I have cancelled my dd). How on earth can I leave this company when I cant contact them!

It's your final bill which is generated 2 weeks after leaving.
You should leave the DD in place, but you'll need to call O2 now Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
