@77-PLUS-HELP

Due to the age of your phone, chances are it's a phone issue.

Try deleting cache / data etc from your message app to see if it helps.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You could also try a new sim if you have had it a long time

Customer service will supply one if you call them

@77-PLUS-HELP  Hi, If none of the above helps, you could try starting the phone in safe mode - Turn the phone off, then restart the phone and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold down the Volume Down key. The phone will now have"Safe Mode" displayed in the bottom left corner.

To revert back to normal operation - Just restart the phone as normal.
