Hi

I have been experiencing poor network since earlier this year . I had reported and at the time it was reported back that there was a issue with the mast in our area.This has since been fixed but I am still experiencing network issues.The signal is very poor and my calls are always patchy.

You need to report it through the My Network app https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network
