Hello since I have been with 02 my network connection has been horrible. When I am at home and at work it doesn't work properly and don't understand why I am paying for something that doesn't work. I would really like to end my contract and go with another provider. I have gotten in contact before and still didn't change. I even changed to unlimited data and it got worse.

Sorry to hear O2 convinced you that unlimited data might help a situation where coverage is poor or patchy.

Here's a good guide with tips to help you - and you do need to keep visiting O2's Network Status/Coverage tool daily and logging the result to get it up on O2's (unpublished) priority list if it is a mast issue that is affecting you: Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Another thing you could try, especially at work, is to switch your phone from 4G to 3G/2G - the mast where you work may be oversubscribed, which would make things grind rather slowly for everyone whose phones are using that mast.

Good luck!
