I am midway between Fettercairn and Laurencekirk and recently have been getting very poor 4G data performance, typically between 1 and 2 MB/s. Anyone else in the same boat, and any ideas as to how we get this resolved.

Looks your mast is congested and that could  be down to a backhaul issue, a mast issue., and much more and o2 wont give a fix time for this..

And no compensation is due as the service is not fault free...

You can get the same message all over the country.

Bottom line is that O2's network just isn't fit for purpose currently, it's vastly oversubscribed and in need of serious investment.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
