Phone still cut off

My phone is still cut off when I have paid my bill and it’s up to date I’m a young epileptic woman whose phone is her life line if I have a seizure and can’t get in touch with my family it’s gonna be not a good thing because I could be out anywhere and I could end up hurt and I can’t call o2 because I don’t have a landline to call off so I’m not happy with the service

To avoid such issues you should have a direct debit in place.
