Hi I have a Samsung S10 and I've noticed my texts are sometimes taking longer to send or they don't send at all sometimes they send straight away calls can also be a bit temperamental where I either can't ring anyone or the call just instantly cuts off, my bill is up to date and I don't know why I'm having this problem.

I already did that they want to send my phone in for repair but it's already been in once so I don't want to do that again the only thing I can think of it being is that I keep getting letters in post about me missing a payment which I haven't because I paid it but apart from that I'm stumped.

If on refresh you have 2 bills.

One for airtime and one for the device plan.

Have you paid both?

O2 wouldn't send letters if all your bills are paid.#
