Hi my phone had died and I cannot reset it. I’ve tried to order an other online  but it’s asking to send a verification code to my mobile which isn’t working. If I order before midnight I can get it delivered tomorrow how else can I verify who I am.

The only way before midnight is to put your sim in another phone to receive the text, but, there's no guarantee O2 will have your chosen phone in stock, even if the website says it is.

Another option could be to buy sim free from Amazon or Argos who may both be able to deliver tomorrow.
