Please please can someone help me?

In the last few day's I've had problems sending and receiving texts as well as making and receiving phone calls. At first I thought it was due to a damaged mast near me.

I contacted o2 after a couple of day's and they told me it's because of bad debt but they couldn't access my account to check. I got straight onto the bank and have gone back more than a year and every single payment has been made via the direct debit that's in place! I'm now finding I'm having to pay this month's balance early to lift this block but the direct debit isn't due until the 15th December!! I've also had nothing to say that I have missed a direct debit. As I've just said I had checked and double checked, no payment has been missed. Why would this be happening?

Hi

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )

Or you can use the social media links below
