Today was my bundle renewal day so decided to change my bundle from £5 unlimited minutes and texts to the £10 with 7Gb inclusive data bundle. After receiving text to confirm my bundle was changing I topped up £10 for my new bundle, instead of receiving my £10 bundle £5 was immediately taken followed 10 minutes later by message stating my balance is insufficient for my new bundle. I followed this up by contacting customer services, after 20mins on hold spoke with agent who placed me on hold for 5 minutes before cutting me off. This has left me much aggrieved any help would be much appreciated
