I’m struggling to pay 2 bills at once this month and I was told I can do a payment plan but I’m not sure on what one is. Please can someone explain what the payment plan entails

It is an agreement with O2 to either defer payments or pay smaller amounts until your bill is cleared.

You need to do this through the payment management team.

You can call directly to O2 payment management team on 08005884213.
