Payment plan/getting reconnected

I have been disconnected due to not being to pay 2 months bills and was told on the emails I’ve received that even if I pay the outstanding amount that’s owed I may not be able to be reconnected. I’m just wondering if I set up a payment plan or pay the full amount I want to be guaranteed full access again

You need to call payment management.
