Payment for recycled iPhone

Where do I find my payment on my bill for a recycled Iphone it’s been over 2 weeks now and you can’t speak to anyone

Is this payment to you for a phone you recycled? If so, it won't be in My O2, the money will be in your bank if they have paid out.
Or

Is it payment for a recycled phone you purchased? If so, that should be under MY Orders in My O2.

You can’t talk to anyone on the phone it’s not important enough and the money is not in my o2 account or my bank account been going round in circles for about 2 hours now .unbelievable service
