I’ve changed my bank and need to switch what account I pay my bills on but I’m unable to switch online as my bill is due today. Help please!

You need to speak to customer services..
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

@briarbebop You can change your payment details on your MyO2 page. If you want to avoid issues like this in the future you should consider setting up a Direct Debit.

You need to go into MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Along the top of the page you will see various headings. It's in the section BILLS AND CURRENT CHARGES. Drop down box will show "Change payment or address details" and payment details will allow you to change your bank details. O2 will send you a text to make sure it's you.
