hi, I’ve been wanting to speak to an actual person for weeks now but cannot get through the awful automated services.
I cannot afford my bill this month, I’ve gone with Payplan to try and sort out money issues and worries.
the issue I’m having is my services have been cut off which is fair enough, I just need my phone for work as it’s very very important due to having meetings with clients etc. I don’t know who to speak to about this as I cannot get through to anyone.
hope this falls into the best of hands.
