Pay monthly direct debit

I purchased a pay monthly sim and did a direct debit. The sim came today and when I checked myo2 it told me to make a payment that is coming up. Why is it asking this when I did a direct debit and gave my sort code and account number when I ordered it?

There may be a problem with the direct debit you set up.
