PREMIUM RATE CALLS

I have recently made 3 premium rate calls . 2 of the calls were not connected as line busy.

It would appear that I have been charged for the time before being connected. Surely this cannot be correct ?????

I feel sure that O2 would not resort to under-hand practices.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
Thanks.

This is actually the premium rate operator sending through the billing information, I would speak to the company involved as well..

As they should be able to refund the call costs.

I would assume it's more than likely the service charge......
