Please can I have a pac code sent to my phone to swap providers I was meant to have one sent over an hour ago I’m still waiting

You can get one yourself by texting PAC to 65075

Normally it is instant, but can take a few hours to come through as well.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
