Hi, I ordered an upgrade for telephone number
[Personal details removed] And am still waiting, we paid off the existing contract to be able to upgrade early and still no phone, I understand that this I phone is now currently out if stock but has been ordered , this was 2 weeks ago, can you please tell me if we can cancel that order and re order a different phone, or how long we are expected to wait? There was only a small amount of contract left and we might as well just waited and upgraded for free!
