Order is stuck had no response

i am at my witts end and i really do need some help in regards to my order. I upgraded my phone on the 2nd of September for a click in collect now in store - i went to store the next day and was told they had no record of my order. Now i have called every day since and was promised on Monday a manager call back within 24 hours and now is Thursday and i have had no correspondence at all. the customer service is terrible no one is listening to me and i keep getting told my order is stuck and they don't know why. Please can someone help?

Sadly, no-one can help on here as it's a community forum made up of members like yourself. You need to persevere with calling O2.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

All other numbers and methods of contact are in this guide

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call
