I recently upgraded to a new iPhone 8 and required a new micro sim. Using the 20220 number I went through the SWAP process but my new device now cannot receive or send calls. FaceTime and iMessage work fine and I am able to use my new data allowance. 02 have deactivated my old SIM card as per the process. Unfortunately there are no shops open or agents to speak to on the phone.
